Ysgolion Creadigol Arweiniol / Lead Creative Schools
Rydym yn falch iawn o gyhoeddi bod Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Gorslas wedi’i dewis yn swyddogol fel Ysgol Greadigol Arweiniol, gyda chefnogaeth Cyngor Celfyddydau Cymru a Llywodraeth Cymru.
Mae’r cynllun yn meithrin partneriaethau rhwng ysgolion a gweithwyr creadigol proffesiynol. Mae’r cydweithio hwn yn anelu at:
- Ysbrydoli dulliau dysgu newydd ac arloesol
- Annog disgyblion i gymryd rhan weithredol yn eu haddysg
- Meithrin hyder, creadigrwydd a sgiliau meddwl beirniadol
Yn Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Gorslas, rydym yn ymroddedig i ddarparu cwricwlwm sy’n ysbrydoli ac yn ysgogi. Trwy ymuno â’r cynllun hwn, rydym yn gallu:

Mae Dosbarth Bedwen newydd gwblhau prosiect creadigol cyffrous, lle bu’r bardd Dr Aneirin Karadog a’r artist Gemma Fala yn cydweithio gyda’r disgyblion i greu anthem ysgol a murlun gwydr unigryw. Mr Evans ydy cydlynydd y prosiect.
We’re proud to share that Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Gorslas has officially been recognised as a Lead Creative School, supported by the Arts Council of Wales and the Welsh Government.
This scheme builds partnerships between schools and professional creatives. These collaborations aim to:
- Inspire new and innovative ways of teaching
- Encourage pupils to take an active role in their learning
- Build confidence, creativity, and critical thinking
At Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Gorslas, we’re committed to delivering a curriculum that inspires and motivates. The project aims to:
- Expand opportunities for creative learning
- Support the development of cross-curricular skills
- Prepare pupils for the challenges of the modern world
- Nurture confident, curious, and independent learners

Dosbarth Bedwen has recently completed an exciting creative project, where poet Dr Aneirin Karadog and artist Gemma Fala worked with the pupils to create a unique school anthem and stained glass mural. The project is coordinated by Mr Evans.
